Any vapers out there? I just started last week and am in love with it, 15 years of fairly heavy smoking and haven't had a cigarette since I got an e-cig :mrgreen:

I'm getting ready to mix up my own liquid and seems like the more I discover about vaping the more there is to know lol

For awhile, I briefly toyed with the idea of getting an e-cig and using water for those who have a smoking fetish. I used to get a lot of requests for it on MFC, and refuse to start smoking.

My friend successfully quit smoking real cigarettes with the e-cig, they are pretty neat!

I sometimes use a vaporizer for weed because it's a lot better for you than smoking, and more economical. Those work a little differently than the e-cigs, though.

Do you know of any brands that do not do this by chance?

I tried a bit of tobacco in a deluxe daddy vaporizer before and it was really gross... but it wasn't really meant to be used that way I guess.

I managed to quit for about 2 months when I first got my ecig, but then we started having a lot of people over who all smoked real cigarettes. We'd bum one here and there, then eventually would buy our own packs for get togethers.. and that turned into just smoking actual cigs all the time.

They're super neat, though! I myself have a Joye 510 from CigNot, which is a great place for vaping supplies. They have excellent customer service and draw cute little pictures on the receipts. ^.^ I buy the cartomizers (pink, tehe) so I don't have to fuss with liquids and things.

Yeah I have an eGo-C from the same company as the 510 but just ordered some 510 cartomisers and a drip tip.
I don't see myself going back to 'real' ones, I got a pack in the drawer next to me but not tempted.

Leena I've been trying stuff from a few places, ordered some marlboro type juice, some camel flavoured stuff, but I think my main source is gonna be http://www.tastyvapor.us they let you mix your own from dozens and dozens of flavours.

Currently waiting on a delivery of a mix of Jamaican rum/dark chocolate/coffee

Maybe the nicotine mg is too high? Often they're high nicotine so you can mix them down with flavours etc. What liquid do you use?

Well they have pretty much every brand of tobacco around flavours, I guess you'd classify that as smoke lol.

I have some marlboro flavoured liquid, two different brands of camel flavour and a mild 7 (japanese cig brand)

There is a little "cafe" near-ish me, that mixes up custom flavors/levels of nicotine. I'm in love with Blow Pop and Purple Punch, all of which was already on their menu. My cousin went in and mixed up a blend the replace the cloves. I ended up stealing it. It's a little harsh/strong for me most days, but when I'm in the mood it's divine.
I had been using blu until the recall. I went ahead a bought a new kit through the cafe. Once I have enough saved up I'm going back for their e-Pipe. The bowl lights up when you inhale. It's so awesome.

Damn I wake up tired just from my crazy lucid dreams.

Maybe I need to lay off the vape a certain time before bed... ?

You guys experience this?

I hope it subsides.

Well maybe you should try the vape or slap on some nicotine patches (those really give you crazy memorable dreams.... )

Or you could learn lucid dreaming techniques.... :shock:

I haven't experienced vivid dreams from it, but different people have different things. Most things subside after a couple weeks.

My thing was needing to pee every 2 or 3 hours and waking up at 3am needing to go, but things went back to normal after a couple weeks.

Make sure you drink plenty of water because it tends to dehydrate you and a lot of starting out symptoms (like needing to pee) are actually from dehydration.
