Hello Support, I'm writing from the account SarahDreams_. I'm trying to open an account using a PPT (Personal Permit to Pay). I previously had an account with my Venezuelan ID card at a study. I couldn't verify my account with that document because it's expired. The PPT, the temporary Colombian permit, has my legal information and my ID number. I'm not committing any document fraud.
