Hello all, this is my first post. I was browsing through to see if the question had already been answered but I didn't see anything.
I'm having trouble because I try to age verify a friend today and in her ID she looks different because she has lost about a hundred pounds since that picture was taken. They denied it because they want a passport and not a driver's license. She is a US citizen and has never left the country so she doesn't have a passport. I emailed support hoping they get back to me but we are planning to cam tomorrow so I was hoping to get this resolved soon if possible.
Any advice?
