I am obsessed with the idea of becoming LESS obsessed. I obsess over everything having to be perfect and having "all of my ducks in a row". For example, I can't get on cam without having the entire room clean, cam area set up, household chores done, a shower, shave, makeup and hair perfect, a plan for topic, toys ready, a few drinks, etc etc etc. Needless to say I don't get on cam nearly enough as I tend to procrastinate or get stuck somewhere in the midst of "getting ready".

Like today, my bank called...not the local office but the guys back at HUGE GLOBAL BANK HEADQUARTERS back east somewhere...maybe Ohio. They do this periodically to try to sell me stuff...insurance, sign up for different credit cards, etc. Instead of yelling,"GET OFF MY PHONE, YOU PINHEAD," I act very interested in what the guy has to say and ask a series of questions...but with each question, I try to veer further away from what they're selling. Today, I asked a question and he had no idea the answer to and put me on hold while he asked the other guys in his steam room. lol Turns out no one really knew jack. "Ah, I said, I stumped the experts!" He said, "I'm not really an expert, I'm ah, uh...." "Selling me stuff." "yeah." Ended the call talking about what he and his wife are doing for fun this summer.

At least they can speak English. Last time I got a call from my bank, I could barely understand a word the guy said. After asking him to repeat himself a few times and still getting nowhere, I just hung up. Was very tempted to switch banks.

FOOD! Fattening, unhealthy food especially! Have had a stomach bug for 5 days now! Fortunately my body isn't capable of being sick but I've lost my appetite completely and when I eat it hurts! I'm so bored of living off honey on toast and hummus. Usually when I get ill I eat loads! It's the best part of being ill, eating loads, staying in bed, watching films etc. But now I can't do the best part of it!

So... I have been obsessing over dominos pizza, you know the really fattening, full of crap kind, with all the sides etc, about 4000kcal in one meal type of thing. And actually I really wouldn't mind an indian take away. Probably the two things that if they got put in front of me right now I would not touch them, but man in my imagination I would wolf them down! In fact, pretty much anything that's a full substantial meal I would love to eat.
