I realise that rubbishing someone you truly loved is not going to make you feel better, so I'll stick to the positives.
Without knowing you personally, nor wanting to come across as a creep, IMO you are a very beautiful girl, and I think any man would be grateful to have you in their life.
It is very unfortunate that his daughter put him into a position where he must choose between the two of you, as the bonds of family can be very strong. From a personal point of view, family is very important to me, but I didn't choose them.
A partner, on the other hand, due to a feeling of attraction, I chose to pursue. I chose to invest time in learning about this person, and eventually realising we click, fall in love with them. It can be time consuming and sometimes taxing, but in the end it is well with it. To then go and throw this all away, well, I'd never ask a family member to choose, nor would I expect them to do the same, as I'm pretty sure they know me all too well, and I'm just as important to them as they are to me.
As to the whole outing you as a cam model, I've never understood the problems people have with any type of entertainment employment. I may be in the minority, but I would be very supportive of any type of activity that my partner wished to undertake.
Specifically, your youth does have an appeal of its own, and yes that fact alone would have this 'older guy' believing he was likely the luckiest guy on earth. It also has this guy shaking his head in disbelief.
This youth is a gift, and this gives you plenty of time to mourn and recover. Life can be a bitch sometimes, so take your time to sort things out. Don't rush your decision making, he at least owes you some time to deal with this shock and if he ever really loved you he will help you to move on.
Keep your chin up, and when you are ready, stand up, shoulders back, and make an announcement to the world that you are taking no prisoners.
