I LOVED ImLive back in the day! Back then the hosts weren’t required to do the “mandatory 120 hours of free chat” bullshit (You could just go right to doing ‘private show only’ mode if you wanted)…and the ‘bonus credits/models only getting 12%’ foolishness wasn’t a thing either.

Nope there is nothing you can do about a models ban. It needs to be sorted between the site and the model. 3rd party interference won't help and will end up making things take longer as now support had an additional ticket to answer, meaning it will take them longer to get back to people (like the model that was banned) that actually do need assistance.
