i have already contacted support to advocate on her behalf and gotten the standard reply about not giving out other account information. A policy that I understand.

Does this actually help the model? Is there anything else that I can do to help other than telling her to be patient and not to keep emailing support?

Hi! You can help her out by recommending she join this forum, which is an excellent resource (and community) for cam models. And she can read the threads on here about other cam sites, because I have a feeling that she won’t be able to get her CB account unbanned, and will have to find someplace else to work.
