Why did I get banned?

Hi,

So the other day when I logged on I saw that my account was banned.
Says that they have reasson to belive I have violated the terms of service.

I read through the terms and can't understand why I was banned.
Had tokens on the account aswell that I can't use now.

Reached out to CB support but they are slow to respond...
