Hi,
My account was wrongfully suspended during a live compliance check due to a mobile glitch.
I stream as a "no-face" model. When the check popped up, I used my phone. The mobile interface loaded the camera but did not show any instructions (no finger counts or gestures). I took a live selfie, but the system automatically banned me.
I cannot afford to lose 7 days of income because of a technical bug. I was live and compliant.
Could an admin please review my case manually?
