So they're an agency? And they want to use your pics on their site....presumably because you have a good following and they want to somehow imply your success is theirs. Sounds super shady.

I guess? But it looks like they're after cam girls to work on their site (it mentions camming as a future option) so why would OF or SC be their partner since this would be another cam site?
Wish I had the following, hehe. That's why I'm even more confused. Surely they'd be after models with 10s of thousands of fans?

@Charlie_SC , is this for real or is it another one of the more elaborate scams that are going around really frequently lately? I haven't seen this announced anywhere?

I'm pretty sure it's a scam (scam is probably the wrong word...more wanna be studio). On their about us page they are using a stock image, I wouldn't normally say that's an indication of a scam but if you are claiming to be an agency that works with models why would you be using stock.
Also what do they mean they are looking for "girls that have a big network of women in the adult industry" it sounds like they want you to be a recruiter for them to get other girls signed up.

If they are asking for 10 pics to use on their website then I would assume they dont have a single model since they dont have any pics on their website apart from the stock image.

Most of the email doesn't even really make sense, like what is "equipment strategy" I feel like there is another / or a comma missing. Any professional company would have had that proofed before sending it out.

My guess is "partnered" just means using the affiliate program for stripchat and will expect you to make a new onlyfans account that they control and you just send them content.

Personal opinion, stay away, the contracts for these onlyfans promoters (there are literal templates sold online) are predatory as fuck, once you send over the content you are normally giving over all rights to it so it can be used / sold on other platforms without any further payment to you.

My guess as to why they arent after the girls with 10's of thousands of followers...money, those girls would want a lot more money for their images and for promoting their business.

They also arnt a registered business in the uk which is where they said they were located (they dont technically need to register for the first 3 months of trading) but if they are approaching people then it should be done imo as it would go a long way to making them seem more legitimate.
I dont think they will be another cam site... it will be a studio account they set up and have you work for their studio.

They also only registered the domain a month ago, so it's highly doubtful that they would have an actual partnership with anyone already, they also only registered the domain for 1 year so it's not like they are putting actual money behind it so I wouldn't expect them to have paid to get a partnership.

There's a lot of red flags there, more than imo can be overlooked.

IMO @xChloe Stripchat should issue a dmca takedown for the use of the stripchat logo (if I am right and they dont have a partnership agreement) on the site since it is being used to mislead people which could have a damaging effect on the stripchat brand.

ETA:
I am like 90% sure they are using the same domain registry service as all the cb phishing scams. Not an issue in itself but I have been buying domains for a long time and had never heard of them until I started looking up the ownership details of scams which seems a little odd since they dont seem to be a major registar (despite what their website says)

also in the dm they sent you they said they take a comision, on their site on the apply page it says they pay you a commission. Its a small wording difference that changes the meaning of that statement significantly. In the DM, then taking a commision implies they are working for you as a marketing agency (at least I think thats what they are trying to be, tbh they dont seem sure themselves) which means since they are working for you, you would retain full ownership of all your media.

Paying you a commision basically flips that the opposite way, you now work for their agency, and they own the content that you produce for them.
Also just noticed this.... There's no TOS or privacy policy on their site.... that is a massive red flag and there is 100% no way anyone would partner with them without having that on the site.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @Lexi_Summers
I wanted to double-check this before I answered; this is not a studio registered on our site nor are we 'partners' as they put it.

I did try to contact them to enquire and clarify a few things but they have since removed their entire website 🤔🤷‍♀️
I'm glad you asked about this ;) When in doubt, don't respond to anyone and contact us to confirm (exactly like you have done) 👍

Hah, I thought it was stinky from miles away. Just hope they didn't get too many models to send them pics! Even though they offer to pay for them, some models might offer them really cheap as it's for promo. Just hope that's not the case!

Thanks for this Charlie, as always, you are the most helpful, fast and responsive person ever.

This may have been a company or marketing agency which manages models (like a studio) to assist them with marketing, give advice, etc. for a percentage of models' earnings.
What they could have said was ‘we specialise or have experience with the following camsites/platforms' instead of making it seem like they are linked with us through partnership. This was not OK.

(and.. Thank You for your lovely compliments. Happy to help always 🥰 x)
