Is there anyway support can give me a reason for what happened & unban my account? I have tokens I would like to cash out & I really wasn’t even doing anything I walked away for 2 seconds to wash my toy to fulfill a tip. My ID is MaeMariposa & thank you in advance !

Hi again @punker barbie — sorry to bother you. I had a quick question & didn’t want to email support again to avoid delays. Do you know how long reviews usually take? This is my main source of income right now, so the delay is causing financial strain. I understand there are many cases, but any guidance on timing would really help. Thank you for your time & support.

Hello @punker barbie . It’s been months my tokens are still being withheld by Chaturbate. I was banned in December and recieved no email reply, no motion to receive my thousands remaining tokens and no explanation to why I’m banned or what’s going to happen to my account. I just want MY money I’m owed. My username is @vickyyyx. My email is hofgang111@gmail.com

Hello

My account has already been age verified and I received the confirmation email saying my ID was processed. However, I am still unable to start a live stream on my account.

Could you please check my account and help enable live streaming?

Thank you.

SO CUTE
I may be rare but I love AI cats :D

and thank you!

Hey, glad to have you active in so many threads! Just FYI though, the use of AI chat help is super obvious with all the em dashes and kind of makes you less personable. If you'd like to be taken more seriously as an actual person, try to avoid using AI for your posts, and just be human :)

haha fair enough, I do have a habit of writing formally — been told that before actually. Will try to loosen up. Thanks for the heads up rather than just side-eyeing me 😅

I am not approving your post as it seems that's way too much information to be sharing on a public forum, especially when the rep here does NOT care about al those details. That informatin should only be shared via support interaction at CB itself.

Hello, @punker barbie ,my cam partner vislaxxx and I just had both of our accounts banned. We think it might be because I was mistakenly removed from his broadcast verification page. We discovered this earlier today and we were rectifying the mistake when his AI cam began to film and the stream was accidentally started before we had finished submitting my ID. I am now verified again. Thank you!

But I am the account holder of my own account which was also banned. Tattooed_love _boy
There should be a case open for me as well. We have separate accounts and stream together sometimes. We were both banned at the same time. So you should be able to discuss my account details with me. Thank you!
