hello Nicky, so first they sent u email that u get in full and then new email -0 usd?u have 2 cards or 2 balances ?or u did claim only for one amount ?Hey everyone, i have some bad newsToday i got an e-mail from them, which states the liquidator allowed 0,00 $ for me.
The reasoning is: he doubts the validity of the amount of money i claimed, or i didnt sent enough proof that is my money.
Which is weird, because i got another email from them in jan 29, that they allowed my claim in full. And now they say i get nothing.
I can fill out an objection form in march to send it to them, i will do that, but honestly at this point i dont think i will get my money![]()
This is their reason: the Liquidator has doubts about the validity of the amount claimed and/or did not receive sufficient proof of your claim.
They allowed my claim first, so i dont think proof is the problem. Its validity of the amount claimed. They doubt that is the money i had on my account.
This is utterly ridiculous, how can they doubt that when all they have to do is contact FirstChoice themselves about this issue? If i am not mistaken, i have sent them transaction history, valid id and everything else attached with it, so they have no right to say that they doubt that the money is what is actually on the account. That is just another shady business tactic to scare people away. Fight for your money!
'cardholder 'Umm which one do we put an “x” on ? Anyone has any ideea?
Thank you!![]()
You’re welcomeThank you!![]()
Hi, do you have a link to that Objection form?Umm which one do we put an “x” on ? Anyone has any ideea?
Yes they are already announced it at Choice Bank office on 1st March...and I believe the announcement includes information about how much they are going to pay us. They can announce to pay us any percentage or even pennies and we will not know about it if we dont inspect it at their office. As for emails maybe they will inform us after the objection deadline passed, and by then we will not have a chance to object anything and whatever they are going to give back is final at that point. So those who get the "claim accepted" email should not feel happy if the liquidator doesnt put any announcement on their website or email before 20th of March.I believe this is our end game...they will give us pennies just to say we didnt get nothing...i do not know if in this schedule also info and announcements about amounts they plan to pay us?...i tought they should announce it till 1. Of march that...or let us know over email....i cant believe we cant do nothing about anything...![]()
