Account Banned

I woke up yesterday to find my account was banned. I've been a CB user for over a decade, tip a lot, do private shows, and have always had a good time on the site. I have no idea why this suddenly happened. I've never been banned.

I've never broadcast before, aside from c2c in private shows. The page just says, "Account Banned. We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service." I haven't heard anything from CB except for he automated response. I love the model experience I have on the site, and I would like to figure out what to do next.

I see that @punker barbie is a heroic figure in helping people with their accounts and if it's not to much trouble, can you help? It's a little jarring to not know what is going on.

I didn't receive a ticket number with the automated email reply, but my account is "artinstitute".

UPDATE:
I received an email that said, "Our records show your former account has been flagged due to a suspected violation of the Chaturbate Terms. For you to continue using Chaturbate, please complete our age verification procedure on your former account at https://chaturbate.com/identity/." When logging onto CB, the "Account Banned" page had changed to saying, "Your cam has been blocked as a result of concerns regarding compliance with our terms and conditions. Please note that we have zero tolerance for underage participation on our platform or any failure to comply with applicable law. If you believe this action is in error, you may appeal this block by sending us age verification at https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification/"

Based on this, I can assume that CB (perhaps with your help, @punker barbie ?) is telling me to verify my ID. I did so, but now I don't know what to do next. It shows that my ID has been approved. If you say, "be patient, it takes a day or so" then great! But if there is a followup I need to do to contact CB support, then I will do so.

I still never received a ticket number; my account is still "artinstitute."
