My Chaturbate account was banned

Hi guys!

I’m reaching out to see if anyone can help me with this Situation.

Last Tuesday, my Chaturbate account "dansweetie_20" was suspended due to suspicions that i’m underage, which is completely false because i am 20 years old right now.

After the ban, I sent a couple of emails to support including my government-issued ID, payment receipts from Epoch, and all the necessary information to prove that I am of legal age and have always complied with the platform’s rules.

However, I have not received any response from the Chaturbate support team, and this has been worrying me these past few days.

My account is linked to my email and verified payment methods. I have purchased tokens for use in private shows, sent tokens to models on multiple occasions, and have always used the features legitimately.

Is there anyone who can help me with this situation?

Waiting a week for their reply is not outside the realm of typical. Also, there's usually not much interaction with their support over the weekends. I'm sure your concern will eventually be addressed and hopefully resolved as a "false flag" reporting from a viewer. I'm totally guessing here; perhaps you just appear youthful for your age. That's a double-edged sword in this industry. My recommendation at this point is to NOT attempt multiple contacts with their support as your issue will repeatedly move to the back of their support queue.
