Extremely delayed payout - no payment received yet??

(This will be my second payout period since joining CB, but my first time with direct deposit. It was confirmed and approved prior to me cashing out tokens before January 31st. This is regarding the Jan 16-Jan 31 payout period.)

As I am still awaiting my payment for the period ending on 1/31/26, perhaps sending my user code would be helpful to speed up the process. My code is gdWOk7.

My username is SubmissiveSouthernBelle222, and I am emailing you from the email that is connected with my CB account.

I have a direct deposit set up with Chaturbate and have not yet received any of the $5,023.05 that I earned during the previous pay period (Jan. 16-Jan. 31). It is January 4th, 2026, and 3:58 PM EST. I understand that not all payments are sent immediately, but this is my second pay period, and I would appreciate any clarification on the expected time frame.

Can someone please advise me on the expected date or time that I will receive my earnings?
I transferred all tokens to cash before January 31st.

The 31st was a Saturday. Payments are only processed Monday through Friday (meaning your payout was processed on Monday) and typically take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive in your account. They're not late, yet. You'll probably get it tomorrow.

You're very welcome! And might add, keep a list of American bank holidays (typically fall on Mondays) so that you aren't waiting for something that hasn't been processed yet.
