Please help to remove ban from my account

Hello dear @punker barbie ,

I'm reaching out with a heartfelt request for help. My account PurrrfectMiko has been banned, and I'm feeling quite lost and upset about it.

The truth is, I don't understand why this happened. I always try my best to follow all the rules. It's possible I might have made an honest mistake without realizing it, and if that's the case, I am truly, deeply sorry. I promise with all my heart that I will learn from this and never repeat it.

I already wrote to support more than a week ago, but I haven't received an answer yet. So I'm turning to you here as a last hope.

Could you please help me or guide me on what to do? Maybe someone from the team could take another look at my account? I would be so incredibly grateful for any assistance or even just advice.

My account means a lot to me, and I really miss being part of this community. Thank you so much for your kindness and for taking the time to read this.

Hi Miko, I feel identified with you. I've felt just like you're saying. Worst part being the uncertainty.

Your case will be reviewed and investigated by a human. It takes time for your query to reach them and then some more to conduct the review. I can't talk about the outcome but I can tell you that a week, even 2 weeks, is not an unusual time frame to be alarmed about. I mean, thinking that they're not answering you on purpose for some reason.

As for what you post in the forum, you should know that it won't reach support. The rep here won't give you advice but will let you know when support is reviewing your case. That at least will give you some calm I hope.
