Hi @punker barbie I need help. My chaturbate account was banned and I’ve already message chaturbate via email please help me to fix this problem I still didn’t receive any response from chaturbate. I probably sent too many messages which I now realize was not good. Should have explained it all in 1 support question rather than 3. Please help @punker barbie my username is Gradybaby1987. Then I created another CB name Gradyj1987. I realize that was not good either. :O Please help!

We have been alerted to activity that appears to be a violation of the Chaturbate Terms.
Rule Description: The attempted use or presentation of falsified identification, whether through digital or physical alteration.
Following a thorough review and in accordance with our zero-tolerance policy regarding this violation, the account gradyj1987 has been terminated, and the individual I.C.C. has been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform.
Any accounts accessed in violation of this permanent ban will be subject to immediate termination without warning, and all associated funds will be considered forfeit.

Hi @punker barbie ,
I have not seen anything yet come through from support for this issue. Any communication that I have had with support in the past I can't find a ticket # either. Are you able to reach back out to see if I can resolve this issue?
My ID is banned as well as both accounts. Gradyj1987 (1st) & Gradybaby1987 (2nd).

YOU, the person are banned. Any and all accounts you have will be banned once verified with your identification. Making additional accounts to circumvent a ban is also against CB TOS, and will only further complicate things. Resolve any and all outstanding issues with the primary account which was banned.

@punker barbie Ok. These robot messages that reply have zero sense of reasoning to actually solve anything.
This obviously is a common problem after reading all the bans. Bans of people, who are of age that are trying to cam, pay money to, and make some sort of mistake Chaturbate has in their fine print while they have hundreds of dollars still in their account. Is it really to verify the actual age of these adults? Because that has been done clearly by many people who are still banned. Enjoy all these people’s money though chaturbate. Chaturbate support is so wonderful

I gave chaturbate my ID, while believing this site did not save that data. But then found out that you do save the data when you banned my entire ID. Which is exactly why some will try to gain access while not giving their real IDs to this company. Yet you have no reasonable discussion or recourse for these easily made mistakes or assumptions by the users. Do you think that’s fair to the users, who are just promoting your website? Many of these people including myself have hundreds of dollars still on our “accounts” only to be never accessible.
That’s just not right. Please gain compassion and reasoning in your support process for people who are not used to your strict rules and fear big businesses such as yourselves tend to use others personal data against them.
