Request for review of ban — possible misunderstanding in private messages

My account, tom_er0s, was banned, but I believe this is most likely a misunderstanding. As I understand it, the issue may have come from inappropriate messages sent to me by a user, tommycam. I cannot control what users choose to write to me, but on my side there was no offer, discussion, or promotion of any in-person or off-platform services — I only gave a brief, neutral reply and redirected the conversation back to the platform.

I have already submitted an appeal to support. If you have any way to help bring attention to this case or help move the review forward, I would be very grateful. I believe that once the full context is reviewed, it will be clear that this was a misunderstanding.

@punker barbie After appealing the ban on account tom_er0s, I received a response confirming a permanent ban, but I believe this is a misunderstanding. I cannot control what users choose to message me, and on my side there was no offer or discussion of any in-person services — only a brief, neutral reply that remained within the platform’s rules. If there is any possibility of taking another look at this case and reviewing the full context of the conversation, I would be very grateful.

Hello @punker barbie . We are writing on behalf of the studio regarding the account tom_er0s. Throughout the entire time she has worked with us, our model has always acted in good faith and has never previously had any issues with violating the platform’s rules. We would be very grateful if, if possible, this decision could be reviewed once again and she could be allowed to continue working on Chaturbate.
