How do I get un-banned on Chaturbate? :(

Long time listener, first time caller! I have been using Chaturbate for a while now and recently got banned. I totally get what I did now that I've reviewed the rules. A GOOOOD tipper brought up a banned topic and to keep the tips flowing, I engaged with that kind of play over the course of 2 days. It had nothing to do with age or anything like that - but I do understand now that it was a violation of CB policy. I'm wondering how I can get unbanned if that is possible, because I was never given a warning or a heads up and won't be repeating that violation if given the chance.

Also I'd cashed out tokens have have a not-insignificant amount of money that I think is trapped in my Chaturbate account right now. While I'd loooove most to get my account restored, I'd definitely love to know if there's a way I can still be paid for the work I've already done.

I sent two emails to appeal this decision that happened 5 days ago. And I also used the Contact Support form maybe 3 days ago. I saw the notice that contacting multiple times can slow down a response, so I won't email again for another week or so, but I'd love to know what else I can do to get my profile restored. I was having some early success on Chaturbate and would love the opportunity to keep growing there as a creator.

I'd wait at least 2 weeks (counting from your last sent message) before thinking on writing them again. If they permanently ban you, they most likely will substract any tokens received on violation of the rules and let you cash out the rest for one last time.

Hi @punker barbie !!! Thanks for following up with support. They're now claiming my old account had chargebacks and I'm banned for a different reason. My identity was stolen through that account - I'm a camgirl. I have never tipped another model in my life and they're claiming I tipped a bunch and got chargebacks to the tune of $100s of dollars. My bank investigated this and refunded this money to me over a year ago and now my current account is being penalized for a crime that happened to me. Is there any way to reverse this? Thank you!

Ouch. So someone used your identity, on your account, with your credit card, to tip other models, and then go through chargebacks with your bank; at least that part was nice of them? That's some crazy insinuation. Or am I reading this totally wrong?

It took a while to figure out that they had even stolen my information through my Chaturbate account because it was an old account I didn't use. I doesn't matter if it doesn't make sense to anyone other than Lola and Punker Barbie/CB. They have communication going and that should be considered the measure of success here. Attempting to imply that there is more that needs to be publicly aired is just muckraking.

Then stop trying to manufacture drama. It's the same shtick I've seen you do since the first time I posted here. You don't want to solve problems and help people, but instead you want to insert yourself into matters that have nothing to do with you and which, despite your claim to experience, you don't seen to know anything about.

When I first posted here I asked for help about how to phrase a problem so that that CB might be receptive to it and your response was, "Give us names, give us blood!"

When a model I support posted here to try to get help from Punker Barbie you replied that you didn't understand her issue and you demanded that she explain it to you even though she eventually got a reply from CB because they actually understood her issue.

I still think this forum provides a necessary service to the community, but of late when I've referred people here it's been with the caveat "but just watch out for the trolls" by which I mean you.

You've lost your mind. I've solved countless problems on here, thank you very much. All of us ask for explanations because it helps OTHER people understand the issue. I think you may have a very angry inner monologue that you think is my voice but is actually yours.

What you don't seem to understand is the punker barbie account acts as a message relay, nothing more or less. Once you get that through your head you may understand my posts a bit more. Cheers!
