Account banned with supporter membership

Hi @punker barbie my Chaturbate account monkeyboy663 was banned in April.

I am a supporter member and was still charged at the end of April even without access to my account, unable to cancel the supporter membership.

I've reached out via the Chaturbate support page and received an automated reply back, but without a ticket number. Any help you could offer in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

How many messages have you sent to support? If you've sent multiple, that may be the reason for the delay.

They will keep charging you at least until they answer you--if they lift the ban you'd be able to cancel it yourself, if the ban is permanent, you may ask them then to cancel it or cancel it by other means. Be aware that doing a chargeback, at any moment, would grant you a permanent ban.
