Hi,

I am.trying to find some help to recover my chaterbate account which was banned on 10th December 2025.
It seems i was banned because I was talking to someone under 18 maybe but I'm not sure because I thought only people over 18 can use chaterbate. My English isn't very good so I asked my friend and she helped me understand better. The person I was talking to said they are 4 years younger and I think I said ok , but thought maybe they just made a mistake as I said I thought it is only over 18 that can use it . I understand more now after when I thought about the problem and I guess it was a good lesson for me to be more careful with the rules, which I've read better too . It was an honest mistake and not my intention to break any rules. I really like using the platform and I even had a lot of tokens on my account that I can't access.
