Account wrongfully banned

I've had this account since late 2018/early 2019 and never had any issues. I've C2C'd, broadcasted and was verfied for my age. I'm an avid token buyer and I came back after a whille, C2C'd and got banned after. I was verified and approved to cam already but I believe you have implemented a new system to which I have uploaded documentation for and still haven't heard back. I would understand breaking rules but I was already verified for cam. Please help! Long time member and would like to remain so. @punker barbie
