The poster took a private w a purple user. It was going well, he was spending a lot. It was a BDSM private where they were doing submissive acts, and acting distressed. They were acting, and consented to the actions they did and were not hurt at all but after the private ended, they got banned. (Likely because the actions in private broke a rule)

The end of it, they blame the private customer and say if he was unhappy refund him but they want to be unbanned, and hope the customer gets banned one day too.

It’s likely the customer isn’t the one who initiated the ban, it was simply that something they did in the private was seen as harmful or a rule violation. So I think they are misunderstanding the issue
