Hi @punker barbie I hope you’re well! I was hoping to ask for your assistance please. Back in April, my account (Hello_Katieee) was banned due to ‘someone who had been previously banned accessing my account’. I am very confused as this is my first Chaturbate account and I’m the only one who has access to it. I also tried reaching out with a new request on the 18th June. Please could you help me? It would be very appreciated!

I’ve been advised that I have been permanently banned from the platform because someone previously banned accessed my account. This is my first and only account on Chaturbate, and I’m the only person with access to it, so I feel there must be some sort of error. Unfortunately, I might just accept I have lost this account. The reason for my ban doesn’t make sense, and any attempt to query or appeal it seems to have been completely ignored. Their response you mentioned to my ticket was borderline rude. I feel really disheartened and, to be honest, Chaturbate needs a proper customer service team like other places so that models and users can talk promptly to an actual person (online chat, working phone numbers etc). It seems to me that I’ve likely been banned by an AI error during the site updates and then no one has wanted to take the time to review it on my behalf.
