Chaturbate account banned– looking for advice

I’m hoping you might be able to help or point me in the right direction.


My Chaturbate account was recently banned, and I’m honestly not sure why. To the best of my knowledge, I haven’t intentionally violated any of Chaturbate’s rules, so I’m very confused about what happened.


I also requested a token withdrawal the day before my account was banned, so I’m worried about whether my payout will still be processed.


I’ve already contacted Chaturbate Support and submitted an appeal, but I’m hoping you might be able to help me understand the situation or advise me on what to do next. If there’s anything else I should do or any information I should provide, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

My Chaturbate account (Love_seren) was recently banned for “underage participation.” I’m 20 years old, my identity has been verified by Chaturbate, and I’ve been broadcasting for about a year. I always try my best to follow the rules, so I was shocked by this decision.


I have already submitted an appeal and am waiting for a response, but I’m wondering if you’ve seen cases like this before. Is it possible for this type of compliance ban to be issued by mistake, and is there anything else I should do while waiting?

@AmberCutie @punker barbie I hope you don’t mind me tagging you. I’m looking for some guidance regarding my Chaturbate account (username: Love_seren) will you please help me?


My account was blocked on July 1 for “underage participation.” I’m 20 years old, my identity has always been verified, and I even submitted my Identification again after the block as instructed. My passport was approved, but my account still shows “Person Ineligible.”


I’ve been broadcasting for about a year and have always tried to follow Chaturbate’s rules. I never had anyone else appear on my stream, I don’t do underage roleplay or themes, and I genuinely don’t know what could have caused this.


What confuses me is that I hadn’t streamed the previous day, and when I finally went live again, I was only streaming for a few minutes before my account was suddenly blocked. Because of that, I’m not sure whether the action was related to that stream or to something from an earlier review.


I submitted my appeal on July 1, but I still haven’t received a response other than the automated email. My payout was processed successfully, so the only issue remaining is my account.


Has anyone experienced something similar and successfully gotten their account back? @punker barbie @AmberCutie if you have any insight into what might have happened or what I should expect from the appeal process, I would really appreciate your advice.
