Hi, I haven’t received my second or third payments. The third is due tomorrow, but the second never arrived because I had to switch to Paxum Bank after a SEPA transfer issue. I notified them and they confirmed the change on July 7th, apologizing for the inconvenience, but I haven’t heard anything since despite the large token amount. Maybe I send couple to much emails ! I wanted to let you know that they requested a utility bill or similar proof of address. I uploaded it just 8 minutes after they asked.
May I ask if I still need to wait until the next pay period? I’m really worried because I’m at risk of being evicted from my apartment. Any guidance you can provide would mean the world to me.

Hi Amber, Punk Barbie and everyone else that I am forgetting to mention.

I’m really sorry to bother you again. I’m honestly on my knees at this point and I am begging really for help.

I already uploaded the electricity bill the same day they asked for it and everything is in its place and this is now my fourth paycheck that still hasn’t arrived. I only ever received the first one. The amount is over 100k tokens ,it’s not a small sum for me, and right now it’s really affecting rent til the point that the landlord doesn’t even believe me and a lot of other things, which I don’t even want to mention.

I know support said they’re looking into it and you told me to give them more time, but I still haven’t heard anything. Could someone please just check the status and let me know if the payment that’s due this Friday will actually go through? I just need some confirmation before then please.

Just an update I finallyyyyy received all the delayed payments from CB. Thank you to million times , u saved me !!!

After calculating everything carefully, it looks like they actually sent me about $115 too much. I’m an honest person and don’t want to keep money that isn’t mine and specially that no one gets in trouble .

I emailed support and told them as well and I wanted to let u know about this so maybe you could forward it as well .
