No its like an app/bot that lets you /silence username but has an option to show the messages to broadcaster only some of them used to have a broadcaster and moderator only option. I can't find anything like any of them anymore. @cexmental any ideas?

I've noticed that as well. When I silence people as moderator, it's clear that some of them don't have a clue they've been silenced because every so often they type something in the chat that triggers the tip menu suggestion. I mean, it does the job in that you can't see their comments any more but it doesn't go any way towards teaching them civilised behaviour.
yes it defiantly doesn't seem to teach them anything lol. I use it when someone is just chatting too much while not tipping. Like if they are annoying me without saying anything that breaks TOS or really anything mean or whatever, yeah I'll silence them over banning them. I typically ban far more often than silence lol.
