silence app that sends chat to broadcaster only?

What happened to all these apps/bots, i cant find any of them anymore. Its the type of bot you use with a / command when people start arguing with each other, you trick them into thinking that they are still talking in public chat but the reality is only you (the model) sees the chat.

No its like an app/bot that lets you /silence username but has an option to show the messages to broadcaster only some of them used to have a broadcaster and moderator only option. I can't find anything like any of them anymore. @cexmental any ideas?

Well crap that didn't work. I typed in "silence" in the app part and it brought up a list that may or may not be useful.

The silent button? lol since the chatur-safe update, I notice whenever I silent ppl, they still keep chatting and the thing picks it up haha
