What's wrong with Chaturbate?

Hello everyone, I have something to say about Chaturbate.

I was a model for many years and was permanently banned about a year ago, for nothing illegal btw. Now it's okay for me, I am still in contact with many of the models I have ever met on this site.

But since last year something happened. CB is banning more and more models over trivial matters, either permanently or temporarily. With one model, the squirt is too big; with the next, a user said something wrong in her room.^^
When I look in here, there are about 5 pages in this section about banning requests since September 1st. Is it normal?

Another point, the customer service is the worst of all time. If you send a question you'll wait for weeks minimun, some people get no answer at all. I don't know why they are so arrogant to the customers! Maybe they use cheap AI or they have only 3 employees, we don't know...

I know that many models left to other cam sites, especially Stripchat is growing. The customer service ist much better (I tried it) and the site doesn't feel like a dictatorship where you get punished for every little thing.

What are your thoughts?

Yeah pretty much. Been this way for years, here.

Other than that I don’t have other responses since I don’t use CB at all.

I know that many models left to other cam sites, especially Stripchat is growing. The customer service ist much better (I tried it) and the site doesn't feel like a dictatorship where you get punished for every little thing.

stripchat may have better support for basic questions but the moment a problem comes up with any kind of technical issue, changing payment info, tax info, emails not arriving, etc etc chaturbate is far superior.

I have never experienced 99% of the problems people complain about with CB. I always get prompt responses because I'm not writing flowery twat emails about how "sorry I am and can someone please find it within their hearts to forgive me and I promise I'll never break the rule I didn't know I broke ever again. Please please please my grandmother is in the hospital, my kids are starving, I'm the only source of income." That's a great way to get an AI generated list of links to investigate before selecting no in the email prompt and escalating it to a human being.

It's pretty easy to not break the rules. Don't do things that could be borderline suspect and kick people who are suspect immediately.

Indeed, they have technical issues, because many rooms on SC are laggy while the same rooms on CB are fine.

I'm only a user, but tested many cam sites. Fun fact: After a ban as a model, you can be back as a user and meet your favorites again.

I told that in another thread, I was only a model for making tokens to support other models.

Hi. Sorry, I can't tell if you are misunderstanding Vixxen's post...or if I'm just misunderstanding your post right here. Lol. Vixxen was referring to some of the models who get banned on CB, and then send messages to CB Support begging them to unban them because of *insert sob story here*. She's not referring to CB models "begging" members in the chatroom for money.

For me they respond sometimes the same day. Maximum next day. More problem i see with page. Gifs not loading and from 2 days constantly i have notification: error fetching users menu. Its annoying cuz shows up after everytime i click on users list or pm tab. I cant complain for support but site all the time messing with something which is a bit annoying because 2 weeks are normal and 2 weeks something
