Error during registration

Hey @punkerbarbie , I encountered a technical error. When registering an account. My documents were approved, but when I enter my personal data and try to confirm the broadcaster form, I get an error stating that I’m not entering my name correctly. I’m familiar with this process, and this is the first time I’ve seen this — it’s definitely a technical error on the website. I’m trying to explain this to the support team, but they think I’m unable to fill out the form and sign it. My nickname - Girl_from_salem

I attached a photo to better understand the situation; it shows that I entered all the data correctly, but there’s a red message indicating that I made a mistake in my name. I tried all possible variations and I’m sure that’s not the problem. Support has written to me four times with recommendations that I need to write my name more carefully.

that being said, since I've seen the screenshot, try using your middle name as well since that appears on your ID

Look around the user agreement, if i recall correctly the name is written as its expected in the user agreement isnt it? not 100% sure.

I swear, if it were that simple, I would have done it already. I’ve tried every option, absolutely everything. It’s not getting resolved; the problem isn’t on my side. I don’t understand why everyone thinks I’m unable to write my own name. I wrote the first name, the first name with the last name. the first name with the last name and patronymic; I tried all the possible options that exist.

I mentioned my suggestion because you did not in fact write your WHOLE name in that box that's giving you an error. It was missing the middle name.

That's the only comment I see in this thread accusing you of being unable to write it
