I’m reaching out because my Stripchat account was recently banned after doing a live stream with someone who was supposedly not registered.


I believe this was a mistake. My account has been active for 4 months, and during this entire time I have always done live streams with the same people, all of whom are registered. I have never had this issue before, and this is the first time I have received a ban for this reason.


All the people who participated in the live were registered, so I believe there may have been an error in the system or a problem recognizing the person’s registration.


Could you please help me review my case or let me know if there is a way to appeal the ban? I’m willing to provide any information or proof necessary to verify that the people participating were registered.


I would really appreciate your help because I believe this ban was issued by mistake.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I have been wrongfully accused once for uploading private show videos in the catagory section and was threatened a ban until I reached out to the support team via email and the developer team investigated and determined there was an error in the code. I explained that its not logically possible for me to upload private shows to the catagory section as they are normally saved to your profile and list of videos. When you tap save the video is automatically saved to your videos not the catagory section. I hope your able to find a resolution with the support team. It is possible that one of your performers may look different as years pass or possibly changed their hair style that caused the SC moderation team to think they were unregistered. I would ask the moderation team to view the facial structure of your performer very carefully and compare with their ID and see if that helps.
