pending SEPA payment more than s month ago

Hi

I have two consecutive issues:

1)SEPA wire transfer cash payment missiing at my bank acvount more than a month ago.

2) Sort time after, l go inelegible, and can no longer broadcast, despite having approved age verified id.


I sent a couple of e-mail request to support@chaurbate.com about a month ago but got no response yet.
