Ladies,
How does this even work.
Say a premium tipped for something specific like a video or panties or whatever and never recieved them so now hes gone mental and is threatening legal action. Is this something he should take up with MFC? Or does the model deal with it entirely?
"EITHER REFUND ME OR DEAL WITH MY LAWYER"
Type threats

You should make every effort to fix the situation if it truly was your fault, i.e. reissue the item because it reflects poorly on you professionally, but MFC doesn't do refunds. He is full of hot air, the idea of hiring an attorney over imaginary porn money is ridiculous.

I've given refunds before by emailing MFC about it. If the model emails MFC and requests it, I dont think the premium gets penalized for it.

@Guy Well yes, if you are speaking in technicalities, but if you read the first paragraph see that it says "if you are a new member and it is your first token purchase, and have spent less than 200tk."

MFC does not typically offer refunds, and encouraging people to do chargebacks is a bad idea, period. It even stipulates you may be unable to purchase tokens again.

@HaileyJade probably has the best solution if it is turning into a huge ordeal, but if the claim is illegitimate you don't want to give members the idea they can abuse that ability. So tread lightly.

Well they do say that you can get a credit refund instead. And not to be rude but, a chargeback is when a customer gets their money back through their bank instead of through the merchant.

MFC used to not ever refund tokens back in the day. Or at least it was so rare that it was unheard of. Now they do tend to issue refunds occasionally. Not sure why things changed. But basically if someone is threatening them and bothering you, you can go ahead and attempt to resolve it yourself, or you could ban/ignore him and email MFC model support yourself, so they are aware of what is going on from your point of view. Hope that helps a bit. Most of us won't be able to address this directly since we don't know the specifics of your situation.

Member response:
I know a few models who will scam you at any chance you give them, many advertise that they do even [i.e. FinDom]. They try, I say no, some models I have even spoken to directly that I won't spend on them in particular ways because I don't trust them. This type of model is amazing to enjoy if you know how to play their game and to not get too caught up in it.
From a member perspective, models who scam are actually giving their consent for members to freeload off them guilt free. A guilt free perve is never a bad thing, we need some wicked models on site.

To answer the OP's question, consumer law applies, but would anyone really bother with lawyers over a few tokens, especially when the first place a lawyer would send you is here if you are serious about a refund?
US consumers: www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov , just fill in your online form.
It is most likely just intimidation and a display of frustration at being ripped off. In future this member will just be more careful on future spending, he'll take fewer risks, make the rich and popular models richer. They thank you for sending another customer their way.

BBW_420 if you did something wrong by a customer, you can tell MFC a refund of those tokens is appropriate, should the customer ask for that. This would be enough of a response to place legal responsibility back on the cam site, and the responsibility for claiming that refund on the customer. You may receive a warning from the site over your behaviour, but this is a fair trade off for maintaining your security should this be pursued further.
Another option is to use the 'Financial Domination' defense, he wasn't expecting anything in return even if you promised it.
Lastly, don't put up with any threats, use ban and ignore if you feel you need to; he'll feel entitled to take some value back after being ripped off.

Private based cam sites (not MFC) used to refund regularly upon customer complaints, but as gifting, and other types of sales interactions have become more common the practice has been wound back. Consumers need to be highly cautious on their spending with cam models, if you have a spend you are unhappy with, refunds are unlikely as the provider (cam site) cannot verify exactly what type of transaction actually took place.

I am sure every model, and almost every member has had a bad interaction at some stage. Usually they are more disappointing than anything else (tech. difficulties, crashes, performance issues etc.). Personally when things go wrong, the best action is to show some class about it rather than turn to tantrums.

As a member who has paid for videos or Snapchat and then never got the thing that I paid for it is upsetting but I don't dwell on it.

I personally in those occasions let the model know they didn't add me to Snapchat or send the videos if they still don't rectify it I choose to not visit the model anymore.

I think if you go through your tip history and can verify the member paid for something and you can't find that you provided it. you should provide the stuff to calm them down. I highly doubt the member is going to do more than post in the lounge and other places that you're a "scammer" regardless of if their claims are true or false

Your #1 goal should be to run an honest business - you need to fix this or stop selling things if you don't or can't deliver. Scamming members fucks other models over because now that guy may not ever tip another model etc.

Try to remedy the situation by giving him what he paid for or asking mfc to issue a full refund to him, regardless of his threats you need to make things right.
