Good evening ladies and gents!

About a year ago I found out that someone had posted webcam videos of me camming on MFC. The videos are god awful. Totally CRINGE. And they're each about an hour long. There's two of them that I know of.
Not only that but [site name banned*9] is a link promoted on a website known as anon.ib. To make things worse, guys from around where I live regularly visit this site and post naked pictures of me. That's a whole other issue..

I've read the threads on this site. I've tried everything. I mean EVERYTHING. Never a response, no results.

Recently, [site name banned*9] made a new page on their site: http://[site name banned*9].com/dmca/
The page says to deliver a DMCA notice to [site name banned*9].com's Designated Copyright Agent. Who the hell is that?
I've googled it, I've researched it. I can't find a damn thing out!

Has anyone ever had any success getting a video taken down from [site name banned*9].com? And if so, please do tell!!

I don't have experience, but I do want to remind you that if you are doing your own DMCA requests, DO NOT use your real information, because the person who uploaded your content can request it. When I do a request, I give my model name and email, the address of my state capital building, and (my state's area code)867-5309 as the phone number.

This site will not respect DMCAs... also, please don't post or talk about sites that steal model content in the public forum Or any public place for that matter. You're only giving them free publicity.

@AmberCutie Can we get these links and site names removed?

I don't believe that calling out scumbags for their behavior is the same thing as giving free publicity, and I doubt that the antics of users on [site name banned*3] is anywhere near a secret. OP has a question about a legitimate concern relating to DMCA and how a specific site may respond to the request. I think that behooves us to keep the relevant info in the conversation.

EDIT: I got a legitimate chuckle to see that "site name banned" in place of the site I've mentioned. Shows what I know.

I do understand why there is concern and site name blacklisting. I just would like to see some of these conversations happen more openly, without having to resort to guarded whispers and "you know who I mean" implications. If a single, major culprit is the issue, then calling them out in open threads, and talking about how to deal with them, seems like a reasonable response.

Jenny, I got your number!

New Ok. First of all @BraisleeAdams, you're ridiculous.
I'm asking for help with a legitimate problem. I'm not giving free publicity. Get lost. Stop being a troll.
She's not being a troll, there are loads of shitty websites that Amber has banned because there's no point in directing traffic to it. Whether or not this site should be advertised, she wasn't trolling, and no need to be so rude while asking people for help.

Obviously I've looked for help in the wrong place. I guess ACF doesn't give a damn about helping girls who are being sexually harassed for years. Thanks a lot girls. Awesome.

K, be pissy if you want.

Anooooon VVV is very difficult to deal with. Many of us have fought the same battle. But by all means be pissed at those offering you advice. There are soooo many resources for you just a google away detailing the risks of SW. This site is one such risk.

Read the threads Amber has so graciously stickied for us. Sexwork comes with risks, that's why it remains profitable. Then feel free to ask questions.

I don't think there are any stories of successful takedowns from there. They are stubborn and since their domains are not in the US, they are not compliant to US laws.

And whoa. You're jumping to false accusations. Chill. We've all done our fair share of the run around with Anon.

You're obviously new here and to this industry... Let me explain some things to you really quick since you obviously didn't understand my point. You posted a DIRECT LINK to a website that steals models content and shows on a PUBLIC forum where NON-MODELS can see and click that link. Anytime you post a link to something like that in a public place you're giving that place free publicity. Someone new to the forum/paying for porn community could have come across your link and decided "Oh, what am I even paying these girls for..."

Do you get it now? You could have applied for model status first and you would have seen the TONS of posts about this site and topic. You could have PM'd a model here or DM'd one on twitter to ask for advice... Posting something publicly and saying "My videos are on THIS EXACT WEBSITE" doesn't help you or any of us.

EDIT: I love the fact that all of the "disagree" on my previous post are from non-models and a very obvious new model....

Edit: Edit: Fuck you Guy.

I don't understand why mentioning sites with stolen content should be a concern. The people who would go to those sites after seeing the names of those sites on here are people who don't have respect for sex workers and are probably already getting off on pirated content on PornHub. I can't see how not mentioning the names of sites like the one that's being discussed on this thread is going to make those people anymore likely to start paying for model's shows/videos. I'm not trying to challenge @AmberCutie over how she runs this site. I'm just stating my opinion.

Your opinion is coming from someone not even in the industry. So it's as useless as it is wrong. There's probably a reason someone that has been in the industry as long as @AmberCutie has banned the names of those site from her forum. Again, you didn't even read my last post obviously before replying as I laid out exactly why it's bad to post about sites like that anywhere publicly. New people discover the world of camming every. fucking. day. Any of those people could find this site (or wherever) see the link and decide there's no reason to support the girls they want to touch their dick to. That site gained a new customer and some girl just lost one. It's really not a fucking hard concept to grasp.

What you're saying does make sense. You're right. I'm not a model and I should have known better.

This place is less about helping or logical discussion and more about reaffirming negative stereotypes and post ratings. Kidding. Well, no, I guess I'm not but whatever. It provides consistent comedy for many so while tragic, I can't complain and wouldn't want it any other way.

fwiw, the girls here are extremely aggressive when it comes to scaring away any customers so I highly doubt the worry about advertising these sites is rational. Very few dudes here, which is fucking crazy if you really think about it.

*awaits emotionally charged and painfully stupid responses with a side of dotards that are no longer capable of individual thought that poorly rate any post that isn't parroting some other idiot*

lmao stole that broads heat quicker than the girls here embarrass themselves when they try to have a conversation that doesn't involve tokens. Please never change, a world where sex workers are seen as decent and respectable people would be really fucking weird man.

[site name banned*9] is based in Seychelles, which is notorious for being an offshore banking and corporate locale.

Since you appear to have such a distaste for sex workers in general why are you here? Perhaps you would enjoy a forum for housewives more.

Your disgust for us is more than apparent, I really question your morals when you are obviously typing nasty things about the girls here with one hand and jerking off over them with the other.

Hi there, someone who was going to specialize in international law. The fact that its based in the Seychelles is exactly why it's hard to get DMCA's requests to be honored. Almost all the sites that are having issues with getting content taken down, MFC, SM, are US based, so therefore they use US laws, and in order to send copyright laws (which was going to be my specific specialization) you have to use the country that the copyright resides in--aka the United States of America.
We need someone like Corey Silverstein or Pornlaw for an expert's opinion here someday.

Agreed. I deleted my post because I decided I didn't know enough in-depth to provide an expert opinion, though, so no one try to take my word as gospel and because I don't want to give any other sites an idea on how to circumvent ways to steal girls streams.

Obviously I've looked for help in the wrong place. I guess ACF doesn't give a damn about helping girls who are being sexually harassed for years. Thanks a lot girls. Awesome.
I slept on replying to this because I didn't want to sound as bitchy as I probably would've initially, plus who knows if you're even still reading. But for the benefit of future new models who join simply to ask for something then bitch when the answers aren't what they want (and because I'm defensive of ACF), I'd suggest you look around the forum a little more at all the stickied threads that have been created specifically for new models, at the CamGirlWiki that Amber created and ACF models wrote specifically to help new models, at all of the current threads about technical questions and what games to play that people answer on a daily basis. It sucks you didn't like the replies you got, but it's inaccurate to say ACF doesn't care about helping. Models (and members) put a lot of time into trying to help and brainstorm.

As for being sexually harassed for years, I know many of us can relate to that and I'm sorry it's happened to you. There is a lot of support for that here. Directing people to a site that archives our shows could obviously worsen that for some models. Braislee wasn't scolding or being rude by telling you why we don't share site names in these posts.

It is pretty much impossible to jerk off to the thought or image of the majority of the girls here sadly. And no, don't have a distaste for sex workers in general, should be extremely obvious that in general I like and want the best for them, just not big on unlikable simpletons like yourself.

Sorry, I know this is your safe space where everyone is expected to pretend to like you despite how poorly you behave and how childishly you act. I've always had this problem where I judge people based on what they say and how they think and it makes it really tough to like most here. Some here are very likable and enjoyable to interact with, that is why I'm here.
