Chaturbate token purchase not made by me

Hi,

I need some help here. My account was recently hacked and there were some token purchases not made by me. I was shocked to received emails stating i have made token purchases that i never made. I have been trying to contact Chaturbate billing support but have not received any replies from them.

Someone please tell me how to i get a refund from Chaturbate please!

Have you changed your chaturbate password?
Before setting a new password I would suggest reviewing Protecting your account.
Have you enabled 2-step on your chaturbate account?
Have you contacted chaturbate support using their contact form?

Chaturbate has responded and they will give me a refund.
How long does it take to received the refund?
Also, they have given me a password but i could not login with the password provided.
