Account banned - need help please, customer support is not replying to my appeal and mail as well.

Hello everyone!

My name is: "Freddy_star" and I have been broadcasting daily on Chaturbate for 5 years.

I am reaching out to you for your help. Because I don't know what to do. My CB account was banned last Thursday. I appealed but I haven't received any response. I also tried to contact customer support on Sunday via their email contact details but I haven't received any response till today. This whole thing is very frustrating.

What did I do?

I was in a private chat which later turned into a private show. So the question I got asked in PM was: "When you started masturbate?" I simply replied: "Since I was 13yo." Nothing more in that context, we continued the conversation and talked and discussed everything else to get to know each other better and it went straight to private show.
Later, the next day, I wanted to log in to broadcast and noticed that my account was banned.

Reason of ban:

We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service.

  • We were alerted that you may be engaging in discussions in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, including the discussion of underage sexual experience. After reviewing this matter it appears you were discussing your own personal experiences. Please be reminded that the sexual discussion of minors is not permitted through the Chaturbate platform.

I mean I get it that CB is strictly against underage sex and minors being mentioned. I get it now. But is that really my fault to be banned for? That I just answered someone's question? I don't think its fair towards me. After all the years, I would like some understanding in my case please. I am very sorry and of course I will never ever again answer anything that would lead CB to think that I violate the rules with underage answers. I honestly had no idea that something like that could be against the rules. Well I would certainly remember that now and would never break it again.

I hope you all will have understanding for me. I would not want to start again and go from scratch. It is a long journey and I value every single follow that I have gotten in such a long time. It has been almost 1 week and I already miss my friends and regulars there. I would like to get back to them as soon as possible to say hi. so make this dream come true please so I have peaceful X-mas holidays and New Years Eve!

DO NOT create a new account. Remember that YOU, the individual are suspended, not just the account. Any and all subsequent accounts you create using YOUR IDENTIFICATION (from a previously banned account) may also become banned until you clear the suspension from the initial account. Varying account numbers, billing and/or residential addresses, and email addresses won't work. This might also serve from their perspective that you are not willing to abide by their TOS, as creating new accounts to circumvent a suspension is not allowed... and in turn might hinder their willingness to forgive this initial suspension. Just giving a heads-up.
