I’m hoping someone from Chaturbate can assist or point me in the right direction regarding an age verification issue.

I have been a Chaturbate broadcaster for several years, and my government-issued ID has already been reviewed and approved, confirming that I am over 18. However, my person profile is now marked as “Ineligible to broadcast,” and my account is currently suspended.

I’ve previously reached out to Chaturbate support via both the contact portal and email and received confirmation that my requests were received, but the eligibility status has not yet been resolved.

I believe this may be a system or compliance flag error, and I’m respectfully requesting manual review my eligibility status.

Hi everyone, I wanted to provide a clearer update for those following this thread and to help other models understand the potential risks.

I have been a Chaturbate broadcaster for several years without any prior issues, and I’ve always made an effort to follow the platform’s rules and community standards.

In my case, my account was permanently banned after a viewer sent me an unsolicited private message that contained inappropriate content. I did not engage with that line of discussion and verbally redirected the conversation during my live show.

Despite this, Chaturbate Support later stated that my account was in violation of their policies and that the decision was final. Requests for clarification, escalation, and further review were denied, and no specific details were provided beyond saying the matter had already been reviewed.

For transparency, I contacted Chaturbate Support multiple times using the proper channels over the span of several weeks beginning December 5th; spacing each message at least seven days apart, as it is often stated that sending multiple inquiries can slow down the process. I only received the initial automated email confirmation. It wasn't until I reached out to the Chaturbate representatives here on ACF, when a dialogue with Support finally began.

The takeaway here is that even if a broadcaster does not participate in or encourage inappropriate discussion, an account can still be permanently banned based on what appears in the room or unsolicited message.

In my opinion, broadcasters should not be penalized for unsolicited messages from viewers when they actively avoid and redirect the conversation.

It may be safest to immediately block and report any viewer who sends inappropriate messages.

I’m sharing this so other models are aware of the risk and can take extra precautions.

Over the many years here reading similar ban stories, this is the conclusion we've come to. On most of the main sites, it seems just ignoring or changing the subject is not enough. Immediate ban, block, and report is the advice from ACF posters.

It really sucks that we have to stop what we're doing and proceed with this, since often we are juggling many conversations or actions in our chat room and this could impede our success during that stream. But it is what it is, I guess.

I have been vocal about this for years. Both on the forum and in any official Chaturbate surveys presented to me for feedback. We demand a better way to control who can and cannot send us messages. Both DM and PM. Usually support would say use the ignore function but if the first thing they do is PM you, then the best option is to ban. Thank dog CB stopped showing when we ban users from the room.

I'm sorry it's no longer an option for you and I hope you're successful elsewhere.
