Hello @punker barbie @AmberCutie my chaturbate name is tempting_tiah
I need help and hope to get attention regarding this issue. For over a month I have been trying to convert my tokens to cash, but I keep getting the message:
"Unable Cash Out, if problem, continue contact support"
I have already sent multiple emails to support, but received no response. This situation is very stressful for me, as I urgently need this money to pay my rent. I have checked my payment method, and my ID is complete and valid , so the issue is not on my side.never waited so long without any reply or solution. I understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of communication makes it difficult.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible or clearly tell me what I need to do to receive my money. These are hard-earned funds, and I really need them.

they just said yesterday they're working on it and be patient, stop tagging them/the thread and let them get back to you when they're actually done.

I still haven’t gotten any updates or responses regarding this, it is one month and two weeks now. Why can’t I cash out my tokens? It’s almost payout time. Please @punker barbie

I did not tag you or bring you into this concern, all I am saying is not getting a response or update for 6 weeks when I did and sent email to support, waiting 6 weeks without a cash out on a matter that supports my livelihood doesn’t make sense. Kindly mind your language too, not sure what you meant by “WTF”.. thank you

Hey, I’m having the same issue right now.





I can’t withdraw my money, my payout is still pending, and support is not replying to me. I really need this money urgently because I have important expenses to cover.

I understand your need to feel as though you are always correct, but in this instance you are wrong. Although English is not my first language, my interpretation of your particular situation is correct. You continue to perform on a platform in excess of 6 weeks without payment. Would you work for any other job that long without payment? I would hope not.
