Permanent ban from chaturbate

I tried age verification on chaturbate about 2 years ago for broadcasting but received a ban in doing so as my document was not accepted by them and have received a permanent ban from them so can't create new account or try age verification even after have a legal passport.
Is there any legitimate way to have my permanent ban reviewed or lifted so I can verify my identity and use one account.

That ticket number would have been from a few months ago.

Hi thanks for the clarification @darthro . I am just new to this website and don't know what happens after submitting a thread related to banned account here or what the process after punker barbie replies to my thread is. So that's why I am confused like how should I proceed with my permanent banned account on chaturbate .
