Hi,I am trying to understand what may be causing a problem with my Chaturbate account verification.About two years ago, I had a Chaturbate account. At that time, I had a European visa and used the documentation I had at the time for my account.Later, I tried to reactivate that account, and I was permanently banned.I am now trying to create a new account. The registration itself is not the problem. However, when I reach the ID verification stage and submit my current Belarusian passport, I am immediately rejected/banned.Could this possibly be related to the information connected to my old account?My European visa has expired, and I am now submitting my current, valid Belarusian passport. I am wondering whether the verification system could somehow interpret the difference between the old documentation and my current passport as an attempt to provide different or false information, or as an attempt to circumvent the previous account.I am not trying to circumvent a ban. i also tried works via studio but i dont know what are they upload but might because of they i get banned.
I am wondering whether there could be a misunderstanding in the verification process.The important point is that the two different documents belong to the same person — me. I have simply identified myself using two different documents at two different points in time. The European visa I previously used has expired, and I am now using my current, valid Belarusian passport.Could the verification system possibly interpret the fact that a different type of ID is now being submitted as an attempt to provide different identity information or to circumvent the previous account, even though both documents identify the same person?If so, is there any way for this to be reviewed manually and clarified?I am not trying to circumvent a previous ban. I am simply trying to register using my current, valid identification.

I feel I have to step in here for a moment.

KoreanLegend has explained his problem with Chaturbate to me. I have gone through the whole situation in some detail, and I referred him to this site precisely because this is a forum where people can, through unofficial channels, get help with situations that the official channels have been unable to resolve.

I can see that KoreanLegend has clearly explained in his post what happened — and what most likely went wrong. The same person submitted two different forms of identification, presumably with two different photographic IDs, and this appears to have been incorrectly interpreted as the person using fraudulent identification documents. That is not the case.

I am also aware that KoreanLegend has repeatedly tried to get Chaturbate's official support to understand that their handling of the matter is incorrect, and that there has been no attempt to falsify his identity. This appears to be a simple misunderstanding based on the fact that two photographs of the same person are not identical.

In your response, I cannot see that you have done anything other than provide the original ticket number. I can also see that you have given essentially the same response to a number of other users with different problems.

If there is a purpose to having an unofficial forum such as AmberCutie, surely part of that purpose must be to provide assistance that the official support channels are unable to provide. It therefore seems rather strange — and not helpful at all — simply to refer KoreanLegend back to the original ticket.

In this case, as far as I can determine, a clear error has occurred, and KoreanLegend has asked whether you can help to get that error corrected. I am now asking the same thing.

Is there anything you can do to help get this particular case properly reviewed?

No, they cant. The only people that can help with a banned account / other account issues are people that work for the platform. This is not a support site.

That is because this is not a support channel. Punker will only every say that a response has been given by support.

That is not the purpose of the forum at all, that is an effect of having people posting trying to get support in somewhere that is not a support channel.

Discussion of chaturbate issues would be accurate to describe what can be done, and given the amount of account banned posts, it's understandable why someone would think that it's a support channel for that, but this comes from people telling other people that it is.

The only way to get a verification error reviewed is by contacting support@chaturbate.com, there is no one else that will be able to review it, people would be able to help with things like the wording on the email but that would be about the extent of it. And also advising not to send more than 1 email because it makes support take longer to reply.
