Hi, site user/ occasional streamer, (dennisx159) my account was banned a few months ago, the issue was resolved.
I tried to add coins today, and was banned again for seemingly no reason, and I think it may have to do with the same card/ payment method being used. I was told @punker barbie may be quicker to resolve than support (took about a month last time) if anyone has any ideas
