Account banned after purchase of tokens??

Hi there my username is swimjay92 and last night I created a new account and it was approved. Everything was good and found a model I really liked. So I purchased 1000 tokens for 79.99 and right after my purchase, I got a message from Chaturbate
stating my account had been banned due to "violation of terms of service". I have had chaturbate accounts before, but not with this email, "newsguy3381@gmail.com". Please help if you can!! Especially after my credit card was already charged 79.99 and I'm
not able to use my tokens! Thank you!!

If your previous account was banned, all subsequent accounts would be banned as well. The email used wouldn’t matter, as its connected to the same IP.

I was banned over the weekend unexpectedly.
After a few emails to support it turned out I was connected to a VPN IP address that was banned (Nord VPN). So anyone who happened to connect with that IP will get autobanned. My ban was since lifted.

As for the OP. Since your cred card is banned, you are permabanned. Best to move along.
