account banned, again...i did not break TOS

hi i cam under the name Edge_of_chaos. i was online this morning and chatting in my room when i got notification that my account was banned. no reason was given, but i assume this is similar to the last ban i received due to noise outside my window. i made a point of making sure nobody else was here or on my property. i even went and turned the tv in the other room down because I was concerned it would be misconstrued as other people. i do not want to break TOS and am taking every measure to adhere to them. please help me remedy this situation. this is my income and it is greatly affected by this. please help me @punker barbie
