Account banned for having a guest who had an old account with an unverified guest in October 2023.

@punker barbie I’ve had this account for over a year now. I had a guest streamer and took all the proper steps to ensure he was verified. It was confusing because it looked like he attempted to process his ID four times. One of the times was denied but the other three said he was approved. They are telling me my account is banned because (unbeknownst to me) he had a unverified guest who I’ve never met and he no longer had contact with on his page in October of 2023.They are now saying that he has to get whoever he had on his page two years ago verified or my pages ban will not be lifted. It said approved 3 times. Now they’re saying he wasn’t approved because of his violation. Why did it say approved next to his picture x3? I followed rules and regulation so why am I being punished for his mistake two years ago? Can you please address this issue.

But he knew his ass was banned so he just really fucked you over. You can attempt to plead the case with legal@chaturbate.com to get him removed from your account because you didn't know he violated TOS and get back to broadcasting without him.

I just know CB can be tricky sometimes with lighting and quality of pictures a lot of the time so I chalked it up to that? My thing is why did they approve him at all?! And this isn’t the first time. If you look at previous threads I was banned for a month for bruises I acquired at Exxotica from one of their venders supporting their platform. I was so excited to come home and stream about what an amazing time I had and how positive the vibe was and banned. I’m so over it but I have people who have followed me from the start and I don’t want to loose connections with them. Thank you for the info! I will email them now!
