Account banned for purchasing tokens?

So the other day I attempted to buy 50 tokens from Chaturbate. My visa card was immediately declined and I did not receive the tokens. I sent an email to support about this and provided them proof of my identity, which they asked for. Yesterday I logged on to Chaturbate to see my account was banned. (And I still don't have the tokens)

Essentially there are 2 different issues here, being unable to purchase tokens, and getting banned. I would like an explanation since I don't think trying to buy tokens is against the terms of service. I would also like to know why my card isn't working when I try to buy tokens. I did send support an email about the ban but they haven't yet replied. Thank you.

I did not. My account was created April this year, my 18th birthday was July last year.

Ok, just checking. Sometimes that is the reason and by law they have to permaban you as a show of force against minors viewing porn. That said, I hope you can get some help. Please be patient, emails are answered in the order they are received and it can sometimes take a few days to get a response.
