Account Banned

My ID is being banned recently with the reason: "We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service". I have no clue about it and i did broadcast the previous. However, i didn't violate any terms as I've been broadcasting for two years. I was online so that i can en cash my tokens. I had about 9645 tokens and i can only see the above mentioned message and nothing works for me. I tried contacting support through email and they also state the same reason. I requested them to reply with the reason what is the wrong this which i did. Unfortunately, no reply. I am stranded as this is been my source of income since the last 2 years. I hope someone from this forum would be kind enough to assist me. If not the account, at least the tokens.

Could you please tell me how long it will take as i really want to broadcast on chaturbate as it's my prime source of income ! Could you be kind enough to ask them to expedite this ?
