I'm reaching out because my Chaturbate account was unexpectedly banned on November 4th — while I was actively online. The ban came without warning, in the middle of a regular, non-explicit conversation. I genuinely cannot think of any reason that would justify this action, and at first, I hoped it was simply a mistake that could be easily resolved.
As advised in the message I received ("Please feel free to contact us through our support form if you have any questions or concerns regarding this action"), I contacted Chaturbate support immediately. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any reply for a week. I understand that patience is important, but after seven days of silence, I followed up with another message on November 10th.
So far, the only response I’ve received is an automated email confirming that my messages reached the support team. The only other information I’ve seen is a message displayed when I try to log into my account: "We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service." This was not part of any email — it appears only on the site itself.
I’m not a model. My account was verified with my own ID and has never been accessed by anyone other than myself. If I did violate the terms of service, I would sincerely like to understand how — and whether the ban is permanent. I’m more than willing to provide any information or clarification needed to resolve this situation. But it’s difficult to do so when I don’t even know what triggered the ban.
I’d truly appreciate any help or guidance you can offer. I’m hesitant to send another message to support, as I don’t want to come across as impatient or repetitive. At this point, I’m simply worried that I won’t receive any explanation at all — and that’s deeply frustrating and disheartening.
