My account on chaturbate suddenly got banned. No reason has been given except possible breaking the TOS. I subscribed for supporter and after that i was banned. I have always behaved myself and have never intentionally broken the rules.

I think what has happened is the following: i was chatting with a model when see asked what image is the background of phone? In my case that is a picture of myself when is was 5 or 6 years old (which i can prove). Since i didnt want to send that in public chat i dm'ed her. I can imagine cb picked that up as me being a weirdo sending Kids pictures but that definitely is not the case!!!

I immediately have contacted support because A: i also cant cancel my monthly subscription and B: i really want my account back. But i havent goten any response. Can you please help me? My username is: Styrtyr1234.

Also the problem i have is havent even received an email of my banning, no reasoning and also no support ticket...

Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response.

The problem is, it doesn't matter who it is, you showed a photo of a minor, and CB is very strict about that, because it violates the terms:

CSAM of any type and depictions of minors (actual or simulated) on the Platform and in any Community Member Content are strictly prohibited. There can be no actual or simulated minors, children, babies or unauthorized persons on camera or in the same room. This limitation includes but is not limited to the offering, role play (whether by clothing, make-up, image filters, artificial intelligence or otherwise), and/or discussion of minors. In the event of a breach of this rule, we will immediately report you to NCMEC and any and all law enforcement that we consider appropriate in our sole and absolute discretion.
