Account suspended - ID was approved but false flag

Hey Punker Barbie,

today a friend came to stream together with me and this was plannned for a long time and we also had a lot of travel expenses. We added her ID to my account and after she was aproved we started streaming.

But the system suspended my account but its clearly a false flag because the person is obviously the person from the ID card which even a half blind can see.

Account name: Lanie__

I hope we find a quick solution because we didnt violate against the ToS and we checked that the ID card and the person is approved in my account.

With best regards,

Lanie

I would try having the other model create and verify their own Chaturbate account first, rather than trying to verify them directly on your account.

Once this person successfully completes verification on his/her own account, you should then be able to add that person to your account as a Guest Account when you cam together:

That also gives you a useful way to isolate the problem. If this person has an issue getting verified on their own account, it points to something related to their verification, rather than your account.
