My account got suspended while showing a new member how to work the website. I forgot to add her as a guest and that’s what got it suspended. I reached out to support with no response. Any idea on how long I’m suspended for or what I need to do?

@punker barbie Hello, my CB username is tech_savvy. the issue with new verification has not been solved yet so am still not able to broadcast and recieve tokens. CB support said the need a second form of ID but i only have one which is the government issued National ID which i have been using for a while but is unsupported everytime yet it is allowed on jumio showcase app. please help me out.The ID is valid. I dont have a passport or a driving license , i dont drive plus not planning to travel out of my country so please help out
